Kate Stanton
LMHC-A
I'm approachable, down-to-earth, and ready to jump in wherever you're starting from — therapy doesn’t have to feel intimidating or overly formal. You can expect a true partner who shows up ready to roll up their sleeves alongside you as you begin the work.
Whether you’re working through a difficult transition, navigating relationships, managing big emotions, feeling stuck, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, we’ll work together to find what feels meaningful and helpful for you.
I have a particular soft spot for teens and young adults and enjoy helping them navigate the many changes, pressures, and questions that come with growing into yourself. That said, I’m also happy to work with anyone looking to better understand themselves, build new skills, or make meaningful changes in their life - all are welcome!
Where I Can Help: Depression, Anxiety, Relationships, Parenting, Prenatal/Postpartum, Life Transitions
Currently accepting preteens, teens, and adults for individual and family therapy.
